Dark Double Chocolate Cookies

These didn’t last long so I barely had time for a photo. Ultra rich Dark Double Chocolate Cookies from Baking Bites. I just omitted the egg this time and used margarine. I was hoping that they would spread more but they didn’t. Not that big of a deal, but I was assuming without the egg they would spread.

They turned our really fudgy which is great. I only made a few and they were honestly inhaled. Not a bad recipe at all. If you want chocolate, I highly recommend these with some nice Drost cocoa.
