What I Ate Wednesday 4/4

Oh April, you snuck up on me. It’s all good though. I have a plan for passover (just an excuse to bake. Note to self, buy Matzos) and Easter. Well, the Easter plan is pretty darn casual. As in, whatever happens happens. It may involve potatoes and some sort of cake. Maybe Assassins Creed. Oh, and chocolate.

I woke up yesterday not really hungry. Which is rare. After I ate the muffin I found my appetite so I had the apple. Probably should have made a bigger breakfast but sometimes I feel like I’m pushing myself to eat. And that’s against my whole “intuitive eating” thing. Mornings I should probably ignore that, since I was hungry an hour later.

We do have some good snacks in the office. Clif and mini lara bars. I went for a big one though. I was eyeing the almonds but I knew they wouldn’t cut it today.

I was ready for lunch at 11:30. Such a dork. Boss suggested sushi. Uh, yes please! I had all the veggie rolls. I’m sure I annoyed the lady with tea refills.

And then I wanted something sweet. We also have not so healthy snacks. Damn these Cadbury eggs. Damn this manicure that lasted 2 days. Also: taking a photo of all your food makes you not reach into the bag multiple times. Or at least it worked that way yesterday. Go me!

Dinner was working since breakfast. I made Debbie’s Crockpot Chili. It’s still awesome. Still with refried beans. And ate the last rice krispie treat before bed. Because that’s how I roll.
