Okay, this is probably my fault. They didn’t turn out. I used a recipe from How Sweet It Is. It was really soupy even without the egg yolk, so I added flour to get it to a cookie dough consistency. Since I wanted them not to be a liquid cake mix. Anyway, they didn’t spread at all, this is the second batch I flattened. And they were cakey because I added too much flour. Meh. Stupid. I suggest if you make these to leave them kind of liquidy so they spread on their own, or maybe use a muffin top tin. Did my regular vegan subs except for leaving out any sort of egg replacer. I didn’t think it needed it.
