Rajmah (Punjabi Curried Red Kidney Bean) In The Slow Cooker

I thought it was a good idea. Honest. I started making Rajmah in the slow cooker and then was cleaning the pantry. Oh yeah, I bought this dried bean curd ages ago! I tossed it in.

Guess what was the one thing I didn’t like about the Rajmah? The bean curd. Yup.  It just didn’t do much for me honestly. The rest was very tasty. I actually took out the cinnamon after a few hours, and added a heaping tablespoon of garlic chili sauce. The beans are really good and it was perfect with garlic naan and rice.
