I’m going to say that if you like peanut butter, make these now. So easy and so tasty. Smashed Peas and Carrots had a fun recipe I watned to try and I always like to keep something sweet in the fridge. Okay, there’s generally something sweet in the house but raw balls and things like that make me feel better when I reach for them. Plus they are “energy” balls. Don’t we all need energy? Sheesh.

I halved the recipe and found I had to add a bit more peanut butter to bring them together. And a few splashes of water. But anyway, to get them to form nice and easy balls, just have damp hands. It makes all the difference. Or eat the mixture with a spoon. You choose. You could use any nut butter honestly but I really wanted peanut butter and chocolate. I kind of wish I made the full batch now that I’ve eaten most of them.
