Last night I wanted some cookies quick so I opened Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar. I love oatmeal raisin and it is funny that my tried and true recipe is the one on the quaker canister. Of course I sub out the egg and use margarine but still. It’s a great recipe.

This recipe was pretty darn good too. It makes all the difference with brown sugar and a bit of spice. A nice comforting recipe. I like the flax in them, it is a great egg replacer here.
