Another Valentine’s day treat. This is one of the first recipes from The Joy Of Vegan Baking I wasn’t in love with. However, it was all my fault. I had only 80% dark chocolate on hand. Strike number one. Strike two was the fact that I didn’t have any unsalted almonds. They were lightly salted which turned out to be too much, especially since the chocolate wasn’t sweet enough. I love the idea of the graham crackers in it though. Totally a good move, just poor execution on my behalf. Oh well, nobody’s perfect. At least Hello Kitty makes things cute!
