I probably shouldn’t have messed with the recipe from Not Your Parent’s Granola. See, it had no added sugar. Which I’m normally fine with, but I was weirded out this time. So I added a bit of brown sugar and it made them a bit delicate and not in a good way. The bake time was a log longer and they sunk. And they were too sweet. I should trust some of these sites sometimes! Oh well. I’ll probably make them again without the sugar.

Sometimes you flop, sometimes you get an amazing recipe when you mess around with things. That’s just the way it goes!
