I was just in love with this bread. The husband declared it the best bread to date and now I’m feeling stupid for making a half batch. We dug right in when it was piping hot (I love that about rolls) and it was just as great when it was cool. Not much else to say about this bread, it was easy if you have some pâte fermentée in your fridge. This Italian bread trumps the country bread any day. So tasty with the semolina flour, it reminds me of childhood and “home”.
