Getting the plague this week really put a wrench into my birthday week. Here is my birthday gift from the husband, still unwrapped and I got them Monday. Lame. I considered a hike today or tomorrow but I’m still coughing up a storm. Best to just chill and get better.
So yeah, the 200 swings have gone by the wayside. Never started the pushups. Go figure. I generally follow through, I promise!
When I start to feel better I’m going to do some tabata swings with these babies every day, and work on my Turkish Get Ups. I’d say 5 each side but I’m not going to throw that out there right now. I can do the tabata workout, that’s just 4 minutes. But not today. Now I need some more Mucinex and couch time.
