Absolutely! That is why I write even about the flops in my recipes, or recipes I found online. It is always a learning experience. Half of the time it is because I went by the recipe and not my gut. Sometimes, it is just a disaster, and I find it really funny. Most of the time it is user error, but sometimes it is just the recipe. I love trying to figure out what went right, and what went wrong.

Happy Birthday and the idea of the waffles sounds great even if they left you a bit underwhelmed.

One of things I noticed about your posts is the accessibility of the trial and error and lessons learned from your vegan baking experiences. This perspective intrigues me. I eat everything so I haven’t ever given vegan baking a thought. But I’d like to learn more as a challenge.

I even thought sharing some wisdom of experience and an attempt of my own in my blog might be interesting. I’d like to interview you (Q&A via email) and get a a couple recipe suggestions from you and give it whirl. Interested?
