So I wanted to make brownies, but didn’t really want to eat them. So I put walnuts in them, and still ate a few. Oops. Anyway, this recipe is pretty neat since it uses all maple syrup as the sweetener. The husband thought they were good and could taste that they were not plain brownies. These aren’t top on the fudgy or cakey list, but actually a moderate inbetween.
I completely forgot that How It All Vegan is a pretty damn good cookbook. I don’t like the indexing, but it has good recipes, after you find them.
