I saw Kara make these cookies awhile ago and wanted to try them. I still had some Bright Morning chocolate spread so I used that with some hazelnut extract to get me that nutella taste. I also used egg replacer and margarine. After all my baking disasters I was happy I could make a cookie that tasted good and held together! This is a pretty fun recipe to make.

Since I made them vegan, I could easily make a third of the recipe. And that was a good thing because I haven’t been working out as of late. Need to get back into being more active, then maybe I can make full batches of cookies and cakes!
