When I saw this recipe I didn’t really give it a second glance. Then I started seeing it everywhere. Lots of food bloggers have latched on to this recipe so I felt like I had to try it to see what was up.
While I was not a fan of it on lettuce based salads, it was okay on carrots and raw veggies but it is really good as a dipping sauce for baked tofu and roasted veggies. I can’t wait to grill up some veggie sausages and use this sauce with them. It does benefit from the time in the fridge, so don’t skip that part.
