Farmers Market Finds: Broccoli Rabe / Rapini

Broccoli rabe or rapini is really tasty. I used to get it at a tapas place we went to and it was cooked in olive oil and a ton of sliced garlic. So good. Rapini can be a bit bitter but if you cook it with veggie (or chicken, if that floats your boat) stock, it helps cut some of that bitterness. Add some red pepper flakes and you have one of my favourite side dishes.
