Banana Flapjacks

I’ve made these before but they turned out better the last time I made them. I didn’t have a kitchen scale so I guestimated. They taste fine, but they just were not as solid as I would like. They are really easy so always something to whip out when you have ripe bananas.

I used this recipe and made it with margarine. I just suggest weighing things when you make it 😉
