Okay, I made microwave peanut brittle on the stovetop. I’m a dork. It was honestly easier to find a pot than a large glass bowl so I went there. I’ve made it before but I did stir it quite a bit and it is super easy. And it was a bit well done but I didn’t know until I poured it. Still tasted okay, but the salted nuts I used was a bad idea. I’m pretty sure that lead to the burning. It wasn’t super burnt, but it wasn’t perfect. Easy enough to make again though!
