This is a recipe I just love to make. These cookies are super easy and I always have all the ingredients on hand. I really love the oatmeal texture in them, and the fact that they are “gigantoid”. Because there is just not enough time in the day to put up with tiny cookies. Also the brown sugar makes them soft and yummy. And that isn’t a bad thing when it comes to peanut butter cookies. To be honest, I made these medium sized.
