Oh, cherry season. Why do cherries hate my insides so much? I love them, but really only fresh cherries. They are a bit of a pain to bake with since you have to pit them or cut them to get the pit out but it is so worth it.
Cake, clafouti, scones, jam, cobbler… there are so many choices. I might bake something later in the season, but these are destined for my mouth as is. Yum!
