I don’t know why I haven’t made hummus before. It is really darn simple. I guess it is just because Trader Joe’s is too convenient. And I love me some TJ’s hummus.

So I wandered around the internet and stumbled upon a Martha Stewart recipe. I made it as written but I think it was way too lemony. Super easy to fix next time. Oh, and I might have added a few more cloves of roasted garlic. That’s how I roll. I like my hummus rustic and not super smooth, so it was pretty fun being able to control the texture.
