I’m the first to admit that sometimes I’m lazy. And sometimes I want to eat peanut butter straight out of the jar. I’m kinda skeeved by raw cookie dough usually so I don’t know what the draw was to this recipe. Probably the peanut butter. It always draws me into a recipe. I tried it though, and since it is vegan it isn’t all raw egg scary.

They didn’t need the sprinkles (the husband doesn’t like the texture) or the cocoa, just make them plain. Pop them in the fridge or freezer. I also added vanilla, because they needed vanilla. I made a half batch and got 32 balls, so make the whole recipe at your own risk. This is way too big of a batch to have around the house! The original recipe I think has them dipped in chocolate, but that’s just plain too much work. I’d rather make peanut butter balls for all that trouble.
