Sure they look fine, but the texture is just off for me. The husband found them weird but he ate the whole batch! That’s what I get for experimenting. I used applesauce to make them low fat, but also put in oat flour. I think it made them chewy, and not in a good way for me. I mean, they are edible, but not worth posting a recipe. There are chocolate chips in them, that makes even baking fails edible. I’m not going to have anyone baking rubbery cookies on my conscience. I’ll work on the recipe and try to find a middle ground.
