A Decadent Breakfast. Chocolate Chip Brownie Waffles

Yes, I went there. Do you blame me? Veganomicon shouted at me when we had a house guest and he mentioned he liked waffles. It isn’t like I was making them purely for myself. Which is good because this made a huge batch. I omitted the nuts because that’s how I roll. I have the same issue with these waffles as I did my last batch. The flavours really came out when they were reheated and in this instance they were more brownie-like. They were not bad fresh, but I dig the dried out texture. I’m crazy like that.

How did I top mine? With coconut milk yogurt, a bit of maple syrup and sliced bananas. I wish I could eat like this every day!
