I’ve never made granola before. This seems really odd to me since it is pretty darn easy. I sought out the barley flakes and hemp seeds specifically for this last recipe from Eat, Drink & Be Vegan which is also posted on Dreena’s blog. There are a lot of ingredients but they are worth it. I of course found it way less sweet than store bought mostly from the brown rice syrup. That is a good thing for snacking granola which is why I broke it up into big pieces.

But what did I do with the small bits? I cracked open some coconut milk yogurt (So Delicious plain) and WOW. It rocked. I loved it in this yogurt, it added so much. I do have 2 big tupperware containers of it so I’m sure it will be repeated over and over again. Yum!
