Either I’m hiding cauliflower in dishes or I’m having it star in the show. It is one of only veggies that the husband really doesn’t like so I tend to save it for me when I crave it. Hey, he ate seitan on Monday, I’m not complaining. So with him out with his parents I decided to cook up some cauliflower and enjoy it! This is a very basic recipe from The New Laurel’s Kitchen and really features the taste of the cauliflower.
The only ingredients are cauliflower, lemon, a tiny bit of olive oil, parsley and salt. Seriously. This lightly dressed veggie went over well with me. No need to drown the poor organic thing in dressings and cheese!
