What do other wives do when their husband asks for cookies? I generally just go in the kitchen and make some. Maybe my husband is spoiled? Either way, I wanted to try this recipe from 500 Vegan Recipes since it was a bake/no bake recipe. I love the raw recipes but I decided to bake these off. All in the name of making my 3 recipes for the challenge this week. The book said they wouldn’t spread much but I think I added a tad more almond milk than required. Still very tasty, but a little flat. The husband said they are not as cohesive as other cookies, but he liked them. There isn’t really any flour in these which gives them that texture he was trying to describe. I didn’t mention that part to him.
