Cheezy Quackers

Yuck. I rarely say that but YUCK. I had such high hopes for these crackers. They were disgusting. Sorry, 500 Vegan Recipes failed me. Totally. I did use whole wheat flour, but it would have changed the texture, not the taste. And the taste was just plain bad. I wasn’t expecting it since I love Eco Planet Cheese Crackers that are made with nutritional yeast.

Nope, not even close. So bad. I had to eat a ton of stuff after to get the taste out of my mouth. The husband stared at me as he ate a cracker almost begging to spit it out. Boo.
