Want something light, easy, full of protein and tasty? This is the recipe for you. The final installment in the recipebook challenge from Veganomicon. The most labour intensive part of this recipe is getting the frozen veggies out of their frozen state. Seriously. The dressing is dead simple and then you toss it in the fridge. I love sesame oil so I knew this one would be perfect for me. Honestly, I can’t wait until I have to go to a potluck. This is going to be my next go-to recipe. How can it not? All I need is some freezer staples!
