I do have a backlog of non-candida friendly posts to get through so bear with me. I fully admit to recycling a photo from the last time I made these. This King Arthur Flour recipe just rocks. I used margarine, soymilk, and powdered soy milk. I forgot to add the margarine near the beginning of the kneeding so I assumed they would not turn out (I added it after I set them to the first rise). However, I still got a great first rise and they turned out great, but fugly. It was also dark, dreary, rainy AND snowy all day. So this picture is better, and hopefully you will try the recipe.
Obviously I made cloverleaf rolls again. This recipe works great with just plain buns as well, I just love tearing the buns into thirds 😉
