Fudge. So easy. The Joy Of Vegan Baking has just plain chocolate fudge but I felt like adding something to the recipe. I added dried cranberries and sliced almonds. It was a good thing. I had dreams of these being little hearts, but I made them at 10:30pm and decided to just use my little squares silicone pan. Easier on me. It has a great richness and a little bit of the grainyness that comes with fudge, but not a lot.

    I love fudge! I guess the vegan part is leaving out butter, right? I’m trying to remember my previous fudge recipes and what is animal based. It looks delicious!
