I don’t know. I found these really darn hard to swirl. Maybe it was all my subs. However, they are very tasty so I will post a recipe. The original recipe is from an old email. They taste good so I might find another way to “marble” the chocolate in or something next time.
Peanut Butter Swirl Bars
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. soft margarine
3/4 c. firm pk brn sugar
2 egg replacers
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
12 oz dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Beat the peanut butter, sugars, and margarine until creamy. Gradually beat in 2 egg replacers and vanilla. In small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Blend into peanut butter mixture.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle one 12 oz. pk choc chips over surface. Place in 350 oven for 5 min. Remove from oven, run knife thrugh to marbelize (good luck, god speed).  Return to oven to bake at 350 for 30 min.
swirl or not, they sound fantastic!
