I make the plain chocolate cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World all the time. It is a tried and true recipe that never fails. Crazy, I know. These ones were a bit dry because honestly they were looking a bit wet so I added more flour. I had no trust in my skills that day. They were still okay, and the fluffy “buttercream” frosting (also pictured) is just stellar as well. My duo dye job was not stellar, but hey, if I can’t test on coworkers, who can I test on?
